Soundtracks

Shutterbean, great website!, posted about soundtracks she loved. Brilliant. Most of the music that I listen to comes from soundtracks or is a band that I found through a soundtrack. Call it the train of music if you will. Here are some of my favourites. (Musicals excluded because that's just too hard.)
Like Crazy - This is a damn stressful movie. I couldn't find a picture that really showed how great it was but this is close. Also, Jennifer Lawrence is in it. Girl crush.
 (500) Days of Summer - One of the best movies has some of the best songs. Except Autumn at the end, get out of there Minka.
Twilight Saga (particularly New Moon) - Friends, don't judge. Yes, I scoff the movies (but hell yeah to Vancouver scenery). Yet, K-Stew and R-Patz are weirdly perfect and so is the music. Accept it all.
Young Victoria - A top ten movie. Literally could watch it over and over, and I have, and the music is prime for studying.
Into The Wild - "Happiness is only real when shared," or something like, hit home. I too would run with the wild horses if Eddie Vedder was serenading me.
Juno - This movie and the music remind me of a lot of things: being in weird love when I was sixteen, my hometown (Vancouver, stop being so cool), and now an old "companion." I never know what to call people. P.S. It's pretty folksy.
The O.C. - It's not a movie but the soundtracks shaped my tween life! Still do. Dice by Finley Quaye, which plays as Ryan runs up the stairs at New Years to stop that weirdo Oliver, is perfection.
Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging - Super happy and super tweeny music that I still listen to as a semi-adult.. and Aaron Johnson is a fox.
A Walk to Remember - Is Shane West still hot? Pretty sure he is. I'll look it up.
Pride and Prejudice - My favourite movie of all time. I've said this before but I like many things intensely but there are two things that stand above: Pride and Prejudice for movies and the Killers for music. This too is study music material, even when I get goose bumps thinking about Darcy crossing the field.
Peter Pan - Fairy Dance, which is playing in the scene above, is my top pick of the whole lot. Study to this.

Drive - Ryan Gosling, you "keep me under your spell."

The Vampire Diaries - Keep an open mind. It's what keeps my recently added section in itunes flowing.. that and "One Thing." Like you don't love it too.

Lol to 'companion'. You couldn't have picked a more awkward word!

I am so behind all of this music. And if Downton Abbey was thrown in - I would die furiously happy.

I really need to get on the Downtown Abbey train, I'm so out of the loop!
